"Volley Trend" agency is by far the most experienced organizer of sport tours and manifestations in Republic of Serbia. For more than 15 years we have been organizing tours and tournaments for hundreds of national and international clubs, from the lowest leagues to the state representations.

Why are our arrangements more affordable than those of the competition?
Taking into the account large amount of guests we provide to hotel companies, we are given special discounts (super commissions) that we give to our guests, so their price would be as favorably as possible. Meaning, there aren’t any mediators between our agency and hotelier, so we can guarantee you the best price for the service you buy with us.

Why do we have the best service?
We have the best service for sport clubs for sure, because our agency is located in the area in which you will have your tours. In this case, as in previous, there aren’t any mediators between us and our guests. You buy arrangements with us and we have the complete responsibility for its organization.
Our representatives are on-call duty for guests, which give our coaches and club officials all the time to take care of training process. Our service is 24/7. There is no other agency that can provide you with quality service without their own representative within sport center.

2. Bookings

When to book?
Tours that our agency organizes are extremely popular and available places are quickly bought. It is our recommendation to book your tours until the end of November or by beginning of December the latest. Even after that deadline we will work towards providing you with accommodation and sport program that you desire, however as the time progresses, that is becoming more and more difficult, because the choice of locations becomes lower.

3. Number of participants

We still don’t know how many participants will be taking part in tours. What to do?
There is only a handful of clubs that can know months in advance the exact number of person taking part in tours. Thanks to our excellent co-operation with hotel companies in Serbia, it has never happened that there were any issues because the number of participants changed for a couple of people. Important fact is that you pay only for the rooms that you indeed used. During the booking, just inform us of the planned number of persons. Two weeks before arrival, you are supposed to send us the final rooming list with the names of persons divided according to accommodation units. In case that some players get hurt before the start of tours, our agency will not charge any cancelation fees.

What is the lowest number of person we can organize tours?
Our prices relate to groups of minimum 20 persons staying at least 3 nights. If you are planning on coming with a smaller group, it will be our pleasure to give you the best possible offer.

Coming from the country which is not part of EU. Do we need visa and how to obtain it?
We urge you to promptly check ethnicity of members of your club, make a list and deliver it to us. We will inform you right away who will need visa for entering into Republic of Serbia and help you out in obtaining it.

4. Training (football tours)

What are the times and methods of training?
Generally, every club trains 2x90 minutes per day on grassy football court. Training appointments can differ in certain locations (in case that court has lights). Basically, on every court during winter there are two training appointments: A and B
Appointment A: 09:00 - 10:30 / 14:30 - 16:00
Appointment B: 10:30 - 12:00 / 16:00 - 17:30
Our agency in co-operation with the heads of sport centers will try to arrange desired training appointments in advance, but it is common practice to arrange training appointments on the spot.

What kind of sport equipment our locations have?
Sport courts are daily supervised and marked, they have nets on goals, most of them allow free use of changing rooms, showers etc. Other sport equipment (balls, sticks, hats, trampolines etc.) must be brought by clubs themselves.

Who will organize us friendly matches?
It will be our pleasure to organize you friendly matches against clubs that will be accommodated at the same place in your hotel or against local Serbian clubs of your ranking.

5. Hotel and nutrition

What is the first and what is the last service in the hotel?
In case you are traveling by car or by bus, the usual time for check-in is 12:00 (except in case something different has been agreed). If you booked full board accommodation for the entire group, the first meal is lunch while the first training session is on the same day afternoon and the last meal is breakfast after which you will be returning to the country of origin. Of course, you can arrange more pleasant program in co-operation with our agency representative.

What are half-board, full board and all inclusive?
- half-board = breakfast + dinner (or if you wish: breakfast + lunch)
- full-board = breakfast + lunch + dinner
- all inclusive = breakfast + lunch + dinner + drink (certain alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks)

Can you organize us the washing of sport equipment?
All hotels in our offer have services of washing sport equipment.

6. How to organize the transport of the club members?

Clubs that come to our tours organize transport on their own. Despite that, we are prepared to connect you to our partners in the country and abroad, and arrange you transport if needed.
